Jamie has over 30 years of experience working directly with directors of financially distressed businesses, managing complex turnaround and insolvency processes. Having started in the industry as a teenager under the guidance of his father, he has built decades of hands-on expertise and a deep, practical understanding of the challenges directors face during times of financial difficulty.

Widely regarded as a trusted and respected adviser across the UK and beyond, Jamie is dedicated to helping business leaders regain control, protect their responsibilities, and move forward with confidence.

Tim has been with the company for over 15 years, having joined straight from education. A qualified marketeer, he now specialises in all areas of corporate restructuring, turnaround, and insolvency solutions.

Over the course of his career, Tim has built a strong reputation for strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex business challenges. He combines technical expertise with an outgoing, approachable nature, making him highly effective in both client relationships and team collaboration.

Outside of work, Tim is a keen cricketer and enjoys spending quality time with his family.

With over six years of experience in accounting and insolvency, Sam is both AAT and ACCA qualified, bringing a strong technical background and practical expertise to every case he handles. He specialises in insolvency & restructuring matters, guiding clients through complex financial challenges with clarity and precision.

Sam manages a wide range of insolvency cases and works to resolve intricate business and accounting issues, always focused on supporting businesses and individuals in achieving the best possible outcomes and helping clients build strong financial foundations and plan confidently for a bright future.

James has been with the company for two years and is developing his expertise under the guidance of senior colleagues. He plays a key role in supporting the team, bringing strong organizational skills and a genuine commitment to assisting both clients and colleagues.

Since joining, James has quickly established himself as a reliable, professional, and enthusiastic team member, recognized for his willingness to learn and his positive contribution to the business.

Outside of work, James is a keen golfer, enjoying the challenge and discipline of the sport.

Evija has been with the company for two years, supporting clients across Europe and playing a key role in managing both complex external projects and the day-to-day needs of the business. Originally from Latvia, she brings an international perspective and a strong ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

She is fluent in English, speaks intermediate Russian, and has working knowledge of French. Her multilingual skills ensure that communication is seamless, and clients need not worry about language barriers — Evija adapts with ease to make sure everyone feels accommodated.

Annie is a recent graduate in advertising and brand communications and has joined the team to strengthen our marketing.
